Return and Shipping Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can help. Our returns policy lasts 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept refunds or exchanges if 7 days have passed since your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received to be eligible for return. It must also be included in the original package. Only if the item is damaged or damaged will the item be refunded. Some types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishables such as flowers / food or personalized items such as greeting cards / mugs / photo frames / t-shirts / etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal products for returns.
A receipt of purchase is required to complete the return. Please do not return the purchased item to the manufacturer. There are certain situations (if applicable) where only some refunds are made. Items that are not in their original condition, items whose parts are damaged or missing for reasons not caused by errors cannot be returned.
Refund (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or refusal of refunds. Once approved, the refund will be processed and will incur a 5% restocking fee, 18% GST, shipping, RTO fees and, in some cases, a 4% transaction fee.
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 69 days. If you have not received an approved refund after 6-9 days, please check your bank account before reaching out to us. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted by the card companies. Please contact us at [email protected].
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, but unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Replacement (if applicable)
We replace only if the item is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, please email [email protected] with the unboxing video, showing us the damage.
You are responsible for your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the exchanged product to arrive. If you are shipping items over Rs 2000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee returns.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be valid within 24 hours.
Customs Duties, Customs and Taxes
Grandeur.gifts is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied on your order. Customers are responsible for any charges (customs duties, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping.
